Damaged/Defective Issue
If there’s any damaged or defective issue happens when you receive your package, please email us at peonylife-service@outlook.com and include some pictures and brief description of the issue. We will try our best to serve you well and be responsible for the problems caused by us.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is produced (custom product) or shipped out. If the cancellation is accepted, you will get full refund.
Product Return
Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Please email us at peonylife-service@outlook.com with your name, address, order number and the products that you want to return. And once your application is accepted, the customer service will send you an address for the return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The returned product must be unworn, unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for bigger order in case the package gets lost during the shipment.
Products for sale and custom products (such as hand made press on nails), do not have a right of 14 days return.
Once we receive your returned products, the inspection and refund process will take around 7-10 business days. And the refund will go back to your original payment method.
